Our mid-range instrument features American Black Walnut and Maple. The Walnut produces a round and very resonate tone while the Maple is bright and punchy.

All our instruments have a nice chop and clarity on individual notes. The instrument also features a pick guard and simple binding.

The woods are hand selected and specifications regarding the mandolins we are producing are as follows:
Top: Sitka Spruce
Back & Sides: American Black Walnut and Maple
Fingerboard: Ebony
Bindings: Maple and Rosewood
Neck: Mahogany
Soundhole overlay: various hardwoods, depending on model
Peghead overlay: various hardwoods, depending on model
Other Specs: 13 7/8" scale, Adjustable Ebony bridge w/ bone saddle, bone nut,
1 1/4" at nut, 1 3/4" at bodyjoint (12th fret), Body 2" at heel, 2 1/4" at base,
10 1/4" at widest part. Brass position markers 3,5,7,10,12th frets. Grover tuners and Brass plated tailpiece.
